Please have your child see their school "building tech" for assistance. Each building has tech support onsite to assist students and staff.
1. iPad Will Not Connect to Internet at Home:
Once you have connected to your home wireless network, your child needs to connect to the TSD network by logging into the Troy@Home app. Please see the video (link below) for easy instructions on how to connect to the Troy@Home app with your child's network login and password
2. iPad Must be Enrolled in our AirWatch iPad Management System:
In order to use the iPad from home, your child's iPad must also be enrolled to our AirWatch iPad Management System - you can check this by opening the AirWatch app - look for 3 green check marks. If it prompts for a group id - have your child see their building tech.
What is my child's Network Login?:
Your network login is the same one used to login to school computers. It is the first part of your email address before the @ sign. If your child needs assistance, please have them see their Teacher or building Computer Tech.
