I use Print Shop to create a weekly newsletter for students and parents. The first page shows pictures of what we did the following week and highlights important dates and upcoming events. It also highlights our Star of the Week. The second page (not included) is just a Microsoft Word document that gives parents an overview of what we will be doing in each subject area for the upcoming week.

Once you have opened the files in Print Shop, you can double click in the headlines to change the text. You will also find that the text on the newsletters may not look like mine. Save the Newsletter as
a PDF File & Email it to Parents! ZTo save paper and color ink, you can choose "Save as PDF" in the Print Shop file menu and save your newsletters as PDF files that can be easily emailed to parents.
