I use Print Shop to create a weekly newsletter for students and parents.  The first page shows pictures of what we did the following week and highlights important dates and upcoming events.  It also highlights our Star of the Week.  The second page (not included) is just a Microsoft Word document that gives parents an overview of what we will be doing in each subject area for the upcoming week.

**Note: You must have Print Shop installed on your computer to open the Print Shop files once you have unzipped them.  Once you have opened the files in Print Shop, you can double click in the headlines to change the text.

You will also find that the text on the newsletters may not look like mine.  This means that you do not have the font on your computer that I used on my newsletters.  Click here for great sites with free fonts.

Save the Newsletter as a PDF File & Email it to Parents!

ZTo save paper and color ink, you can choose "Save as PDF" in the Print Shop file menu and save your newsletters as PDF files that can be easily emailed to parents.

You will see many different fonts on my newsletters.  I have collected fonts from all over the Internet, so I am unable to tell you where I got specific fonts.  However, below are some sites with great free fonts.
